We are the CPA firm built specifically for the digital economy
Phoenix Principals is restoring confidence and uncovering new opportunities across the digital economy—providing tax and advisory services to blockchain and digital asset companies, financial institutions, lenders, and technology-driven businesses, while setting a new standard for professional services in an increasingly digital world.
The blockchain and digital assets economy moves fast. By 2030, the industry will be changing every facet of the U.S. and world economy.
The rapidly evolving digital economy is booming, yet it remains critically underserved across key industries that are reshaping the global economy at unprecedented speed.
Founders, C-suite executives, and other industry leaders are often forced to stitch together fragmented advice, operating without the support of a trusted, integrated professional services firm.
Deep Industry Experience
Every engagement is staffed with senior professionals who bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience in blockchain, digital assets and financial services industry. That depth means faster, better decisions and solutions built for scale — not junior work overseen from afar.
Speed & Agility
We move fast without cutting corners. Our client-acceptance process is simple, fair and rapid. We assess risk openly and pragmatically, and when an engagement fits we act. For local counsel, we coordinate trusted partners and manage the entire engagement end-to-end. One point of accountability, one seamless client experience.
Scale & Flexibility
We deliver fractional senior teams through a global platform, and deploy experienced professionals without a huge price tag. Where we don’t perform work directly, we bring vetted partners into the same workflow so you receive coordinated, practical solutions rather than fragmented hand-offs.
Ecosystem Participation
We advocate and collaborate across the industry. Regulatory uncertainty is real, so we engage with regulators, tax authorities, standards bodies and industry groups to represent client realities and help shape practical, durable rules. We share what we learn through playbooks, workshops and working groups so the whole ecosystem moves forward together.
